Office Move in Manchester
We were contracted by BFAW to complete their office relocation in Manchester. Their former office was located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a building on a busy High Street within Manchester city centre.
We had to relocate 57 employee workstations including – PC’s, monitors, keyboards and crates of personal effects, along with printers, servers and some office reception furniture which was all wrapped in purpose quilted covers for maximum protection.
To ensure minimum disruption to their working schedules and minimise PC downtime, the office move was completed over the weekend.
Prior to the move crates and packing materials were delivered – for the packing of personal effects. For insurance purposes we packed all PC monitors. We provided monitor bags and checked all screens prior to handling, once the monitors were covered they were placed into large PC monitor crates.
At the new office which was located in Ancoats, Manchester on the ground and 1st floor. Crates were allocated to each desk, with all monitor covers being removed and all monitors checked.
Once the crates were emptied, they were returned to the crate hire company.
